Can I bring my own food/drinks & plan my own party?
We welcome you to bring all of your supplies, food, drinks on any of our yachts. Of course, if you’re looking for the full experience, we are here to serve your every need.
What if theres bad weather at the time of my departure?
As much as we would like to guarantee ideal weather for the duration of your luxury car rental period, that is simply not possible. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, or reschedule without penalty, for issues of inclement weather. We do, however, offer a certain degree of flexibility regarding extreme weather conditions or “acts of God” i.e. hurricanes or other conditions which make it unsafe to drive. Our policy flexibility in these areas is largely discretionary and pertains primarily to pick-up and return/drop-off arrangements rather than the entire rental period.
Please contact us for clarification on specific details regarding our return/reschedule policies related to weather/ “acts of God” circumstances.
What if I want to cancel my charter?
Changes to your reservation are allowed without penalty within 48 hours of your reservation. Within this time frame, you may change your reservation to a different vehicle (except for rentals scheduled to begin within seven days.) Luxury yacht rental reservations outside of these parameters may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total invoice.
